ship small orders via
orders, except used gondola shelving, usually ship within
2-3 business days. Transit shipping time might vary, 4-5
business days. We do not guarantee time frame for gound
shipments. If you need to receive order by certain date,
call for expedited quote. All sales are final, no exchanges
or returns. Any damages must be reported to us right away
for proper replacement (see below regarding damages). We
cannot ship to HI, AK, PR, VI.
For gondola shelving quotes and current estimated processing
time frame, please call 713-455-0700. If your order exceeds
maximum weights with FedEx or UPS, including full pallets,
we will ship with one of our professional common freight
carriers. All freight will be factored to your door step
(curbside delivery). Additional fees may likewise apply
to freight quote if items being purchased, are shipped to
a residence, mall, school, church or convention center.
Liftgate service may also incur additional charges. If within
the Texas vicinity we can arrange shipping for you, via
our trucks. All damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt
with driver's signature!
New and Used Items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is."
With no warranty, or guarantees, implied or expressed of
any kind, or nature. All sales are final, no refunds will
be issued. DAMAGES: All damages of New and Used Items must
be noted on the delivery receipt at the time the delivery
is made. Prompt attention will be given to replace damaged
items. Failure to note damages on the delivery receipt will
result in forfeiture of your right to replace any damaged
items. SHIPPING: Shipping is factored from our door step
to your curb. Drivers do not unload freight. It is the sole
responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to arrange
unloading of the product, either by hand, pallet jack, and
or forklift. In some instances you can request a delivery
with lift gate service when placing your order, which must
be noted on your invoice. Otherwise you, as the customer
are responsible to arrange help to manually unload in a
timely manner, or additional freight charges will apply
at that time.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, and Diners. We also accept orders prepaid
by check or wire transfer. We do not ship C.O.D.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Feel free
to call the office for current prices.
All sales for new items are final and non-returnable. Shipping
and freight fees for will not be refunded. Slatwall panels,
showcases, counters, all mannequins, display forms are non-returnable,
damages MUST be noted on the delivery receipt with driver's
items purchased used, are to be considered sold under the
terms of "as-is", "where-is", with no
warranties, guaranties implied, or expressed of any kind.
All items purchased used are non-returnable.
It is customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise
for any damages immediately upon delivery:
Truck shipments: All visible damages MUST be noted on the
delivery receipt with driver's signature at the time of
UPS/FedEx shipments: All damages MUST be reported to us
within 3 days after delivery. You must keep all original
packaging for claim and inspection. We require pictures
of damaged parts. Failure to report damages within 3 business
days after delivery date, will invalidate your claim!
All cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, if
order has not been shipped or processed.
